The Parish Choir:
Our music ranges from traditional chants to modern service music. All are welcome to participate in this ministry. Experience in music and reading music is preferable, but is not necessary. The desire to make a joyful sound unto God is, of course, needed. The Choir rehearses at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening and during the break between the 8 am and 10 am Sunday services.
The Bells of Blessing Choir: "Bells of Blessing" is the name of our handbell choir, which practices every Thursday at 4:00 p.m. This ensemble utilizes three octaves of Malmark bells and is divided into ten stations.
Music at Sunday School: Music is often incorporated into regular Sunday School times. Children might sing, ring choir chimes, play guitar, and have at times come together as a youth choir for special occasions such as a Christmas play or musical.
St. Cecelia Concerts: The Parish Choir sponsors a series of concerts to provide the Parish and the community the opportunity to hear and see a variety of local artists perform.
The "Alleluia Choir": This choir is made up of the 3 to 5 year old children who are students in the St. Luke's Christian Montessori School. They sing (occasionally) at the 11:15 a.m. Wednesday service in the chapel. They also give Christmas and year end performance for school functions.
